Hardbanding is the process of applying a welding wire with anti-wear properties to drill string tool joints and wear pads. The purpose of this weld is to prevent the wear of tool joints on drill pipe, hevi-wate and drill collars during the drilling process. Hardbanding is done at our shop and on location depending on what is more convenient for our customers. We apply various different hardbanding wires depending on what the customer specification is, we are certified to apply the following wires:  Duraband NC, Ultraband NM, Dura-X, Arnco 350XT, Arnco Non Mag XT, Botn 5000, and Tungsten carbide. Our skilled operators are properly trained and follow provided wire manufacture procedures and guidelines, we keep a record of every hardband we apply and guarantee a quality product and service has been provided. We can apply hardbanding on all sizes of drill pipe, hevi-wate, drill collars and non mag drill collars. We have a hardbanding shop with 2 stationary units and 2 mobile units to accommodate customer deadlines and schedules.
